Requests for particular rooms

Requests for particular rooms by room number can be made but are not guaranteed, although we will do our best.

Airport Transfers

Transfer from the airport is provided free of charge, however, you must provide us with your flight arrival details at least 48 hours before arrival.

Cancellation

We regret deposits are not refundable on cancellation of accommodation and cancellation within 3 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the first night. We advise that you take out insurance to protect yourself against this risk.

Payment of accounts

All major credit cards are accepted (Visa and Master Card) + 03% charge.

Lost property

We cannot accept responsibility for any property lost at the hotel unless deposited at the office for safe-keeping.

The Tariff

The tariff is subject to review.

Check in and Check out

Check in time is 02:00 PM and Check out time is 12:00 PM.

Store Luggage

We have a safe luggage storage area incase of early arrival or late departure.
